Home Maintenance
- I use tax day as my rule of thumb for when the last frost in Kansas City will come. The odds of having one after April 15 are 50%.
- If you haven't cleaned your rain gutters out this spring, you should do that on our next warm weekend. The spring rains need a place to go, and you don't want them heading into your basement.
