The city announced two more red light cameras are coming. But, what I found most interesting in the announcement was this: "The Public Works Department does not anticipate expanding the Red-Light Safety Camera Program to new intersections in the near future." I guess that means that they have enough cameras for now. I wonder if the limiting factor is having enough police force to review the photos, or maybe enough court resources to deal with them, or something else. Perhaps the city just finally believes that it has enough money.
