I got a kick out of Capt. Spaulding's overnight reports. Normally, he points out interesting incidents of trauma or severe weather around town. This morning, though, he has highlighted just about every detail of the overnight shift. In some ways, it's interesting to see what goes on overnight as the nightlife folks experience their trials and tribulations. It's also a reminder, though, of how monotonous an overnight shift can be between the moments of excitement.
