I noticed a couple pieces of news about Plaza (re)openings in the paper. First, apparently Cafe Trio is open for lunch now. I've had some great dinners there since they moved to the old Frondizzi's spot on the hill just NorthEast of the Plaza. Lunch there could be great, but it also may be pricy.

Also, it seems that Baja 600 is open again after their fire. Curiously enough, I guess it was caused by lightning. I just presumed it was a kitchen fire.

Speaking of fire, I noticed that Original Pizza in Overland Park is temporarily closed after a fire there. I hope they get this place back open; it's pretty quick and yummy lunch food.
