There is some kind of standoff going on in Shawnee. I wish there were some place for scanner junkies to gather and discuss what is happening on the radios in real time. It would help us learn more about what channels or frequencies to listen to, and how to learn more about what's going on based on what you hear. Is the kc-scanning mailing list the best place for that? Or, is there an IRC channel or something?
