Korma Sutra
From TheKCGuy
Korma Sutra in Westport is probably the Indian restaurant in Kansas City that I go to the most behind Taj Mahal. It's not often very busy, which is often a sign of a restaurant that one should stay away from, but I don't think that's the case here. I feel that it just means I'll be able to get a table easily. Sometimes I can get any table I want in the place.
Their Muttar Paneer is great, and I usually get Chcken Dansak, too. It has lentils in it and a reddish, tomato sauce. I get them both spicy, and Korma Sutra has never burned my face off, like some Indian places will.
Korma Sutra is the only Indian place that has offered a real finger bowl to me to wash up in after dinner. I'm not sure if I like that or not, but it's pretty fun. They're always nice enough to offer me chai tea while I'm waiting for my carry-out, and it's always yummy.

I guess they have a location at College and Metcalf, too, but I've never tried it.
